Artisans Holiday Show & Sale Raises Over $5,300 in 2023, Bringing Two-Year Total to Over $10,000 for CMHA-Grey Bruce Youth Awareness Programs


Owen Sound, ON — December 5, 2023 — The Artisans Holiday Show & Sale concluded its 2023 event on December 3, raising more than $5,200 through admissions to support CMHA-Grey Bruce Youth Awareness Programs. With this success, the event has now raised over $10,000 in the past two years, directly benefitting local youth mental health awareness and support services.


Held from December 1-3, 2023 at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound, the event showcased a diverse selection of handcrafted items by local artisans, drawing attendees from the region. Proceeds from event admissions are directed to CMHA-Grey Bruce, helping to provide critical mental health education and support for youth.


“We are so grateful for the continued support from the community,” said Debbie James, Artisans Holiday Show Committee member. “The funds raised this year will play a key role in continuing youth mental health programs, giving young people in Grey Bruce the resources they need.”
