Patricia Schupp-Halliday has been making pickles, salsas, sauces and preserves since 2014 under the tutelage of the original Pickle Guy, Ken Bustin. She continues to use Ken's time tested recipes after Ken retired and moved to the east coast. For 21 years, Patricia was the owner of Eugenia Falls Emporium until 2021 where she made The Pickle Guy products and sold them to 58 retail stores in Ontario. These days, Patricia enjoys making product in her certified kitchen and selling The Pickle Guy products at local area markets and events.
