I make artisanal butter tarts using an old family recipe with some modern flavour twists including our popular line of butter tart flights such as bourbon and snack attack. I also sell traditional Scottish tablet, chewy ginger molasses cookies and sponge foam toffee. New this year we have launched a line of edible cookie doughs and our new invention, the "bottled brownie". This treat starts with a rich, fudgy brownie on the bottom, a decadent fluffy icing and a crispy candy topping. Our flavours include the Pike Bay S'more, Pebble Beach and Platinum Blondie.
