Big Mama's Kitchen Creations is a locally recognized custom producer of fresh artisan made, gourmet foods: BBQ sauces, dry rubs, hot sauces, marinades and more. We produce great tasting products, using the freshest, local (when available) and most naturally produced ingredients available. Big Mama ensures that all of her products are made without any added chemical preservatives, artificial colors, flavours or fillers.

Established in 2012, Big Mama’s Kitchen Creations strives to consistently create incredibly bold flavoured dry rubs and sauces in a style that is uniquely different from all the rest yet enjoyed by the masses.

Many of Big Mama’s recipes have been tried and tested in a few of Toronto’s largest family restaurants and then perfected to bring into the family home. The key to many great dishes, besides fresh ingredients, is a great sauce!! Almost all of Big Mama’s creations are Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free and have a wide variety of uses. We'll just leave that up to your imagination and personal creativity.
